Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns and exchanges may be subject to restocking fees or shipping charges, as determined by Hybrid Exotica Beauty.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll provide instructions for returning the item(s) and process your request accordingly.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We may require photo evidence and will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. We then ship the replacement as soon as possible, subject to availability.
