Every product we distribute is sourced from certified organic partners or grown to the same standard on Jamaican farms. Certification details are on every product page.

Do you ship internationally?+

We ship island-wide across Jamaica via Knutford Express. International shipping is being introduced gradually — please contact sales@hybridexoticabeauty.com for a quote.

How long does shipping take?+

Orders process within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Jamaica typically arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch.

How is tax calculated?+

A 15% G.C.T. is applied to orders and is shown clearly in your cart before checkout.
